Green tea 40% caffeine, L-tyrosine,Taurine ,Glucurnolactone,Metabromine (by triarco)
Phenylalanine ,Valerian root ,Passion flower ,St. Johns Wort ,5-Htp ,Citrus Aurantium
White willow bark ,Magnolia bark,Ginkgo biloba,Siberian Ginseng.

Recommended Dosage: 1 to 3 tablets twice daily approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch with no more that 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
